Join the team: Senior fund administrator
Permian is looking for an experienced and market oriented expert in fund management and administration, which is a central role in Permian group. The position provides great opportunities for developing your skills in market contact, business development and management – all of it within the rapid growing fund management industry.
As a senior fund administrator at Permian, you will have the overall responsibility for the development and deliveries of the wide range of administration services provided by Permian to the funds and fund manager companies. Your work will consist of comprehensive client contacts, people management, development of services, marketing sales and advisory activities, competence building in the organisation and review of the administrative work carried out by clever colleagues.
Examples of areas of responsibilities are:
- Seeing existing and new clients daily
- Preparing proposals to clients based on their needs
- Acting as a Key Account Manager for a team of selected clients
- Developing solutions addressing clients ‘challenges within structure, formal set ups, regulatory issues, financial reporting, fund establishments, etc.
- Training and contributing to the professional development of experienced colleagues within fund administration area
- Cooperating with colleagues and clients across borders
- Exploiting the opportunities for efficiency-improvements through deployment and use of IT
- Forming your role and involvement in cooperation with the Permian partners
- Being an active member of our Nordic Permian management team
You enjoy working in a dynamic and changing environment. You have solid and relevant experience e.g. from having been a CFO or investment manager in private equity or venture capital businesses. You may alternatively have background from auditing or transaction services with PE/VC clients. Preferably you have worked at a tactical and strategic level, as well as you have experience from operational deliveries of services to external clients.
You have a good general understanding of the opportunities, the use and the operation of IT solutions, which are relevant for the admin and management functions. Permian uses modern tools for accounting, reporting, collaborating, management and sharing as well as general office tools.
You should be accustomed to communicate in English, both in writing and orally.
You should possess social- as well as advisory skills, and you should be able to embrace the Permian values: being precise and challenging, but also caring. You should have learned how to produce documents, reports and how to be a valuable advisor with a practical approach.
You should be used to requesting deliveries, delegating, supporting and following up on colleagues’ development, and you should be able to make decisions to the best of the company and our clients.
Preferably, you should have a good insight into the regulative requirements of the fund industry, e.g. AIFMD, EU directives and Invest Europe standards, and you should have a certain network within the Swedish risk capital industry.
You would like to pursue a career in a fast-developing international fund industry.
WHEN STARTING AT PERMIAN
As a new colleague, you will start up by going through an induction program to rapidly get to know your new colleagues, services, clients and the Management System, as well as the office practical routines. Permian is actively promoting balance in gender and nationalities.
