Fund Hotel

Permian Fund Services AS (PFS) offers licence-sharing to certain qualified clients. By sharing infrastructure elements like risk management, compliance, management systems maintenance and operation, fund managers can strengthen their governance and focus their time on portfolio management. They save costs and time and avoid layers of regulatory complexity which are demanding and costly.

Permian's goal is for investors to achieve a good long-term risk adjusted return through investments in our funds.

The PFS business model normally entails that operational investment decisions are outsourced to other managers. The exceptions are where the funds’ investments are clearly defined when the fund is established.

PFS is subject to the Norwegian act of 22 December 2021 no. 161 on publication of sustainability information in the financial sector and a framework for sustainable investments (the "SFDR").

In accordance with §4-7 of the Norwegian AIF Law (“the AIFM Act”), AIF Managers are to publish procedures describing their shareholder engagement in relation to their activity in shares admitted to trading on a regulated market that are registered in or operating in the EEA.
